At The Printed Mug and More, every item is made to order specifically for you. As a result, we maintain a No-Return Policy, meaning we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring you love your purchase.

14-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

If there is a fault in the printing process or your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we offer a 14-Day Guarantee to resolve the issue. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will provide a replacement or other appropriate solution.

  • Please inspect your item upon delivery and reach out to us immediately if:
  • The item is defective.
  • The item is damaged during shipping.
  • You received the wrong item.

Exclusions

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Items not damaged or defective.
  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Custom or personalized items.

Under no circumstances are any items to be returned without prior written approval. This applies to all orders, and any items returned without approval will not be replaced or refunded.

If you believe your order has a manufacturing issue or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item for resolution.

Additional Information for EU Customers

Orders shipped to the European Union are subject to EU consumer laws. However, under EU regulations, the cooling-off period does not apply to made-to-order items or products customized specifically for the customer.

As all of our products are made to order, returns and cancellations are not permitted unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.
