Order Processing and Fulfillment

Processing Time: Orders require 2-3 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times are not included in the overall shipping duration.

Fulfillment Centers: Products are shipped from multiple fulfillment centers in different regions. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Shipping Destinations

USA: We ship to and within the USA. With the exclusion of some states/provinces/regions/islands.

Australia: We ship to and within Australia. With the exclusion of some regions/islands.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to Australia and other select countries. Available destinations are listed at checkout on the checkout page.

Restrictions: We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or parcel stations at this time, or some islands or countries.

High-Demand Periods: During busy times such as Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and other holiday seasons, shipping providers may experience delays.

Extended Timelines: Processing Times: May extend to 3-7 business days. 

Shipping Times: Could take up to an additional 10 business days beyond regular estimates.

Tracking Information

All orders are fully tracked. You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel once your order is shipped. You can use your tracking number in the portal to track your order in the footer of our website, as well as follow the instructions in your tracking email. Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, please contact us, and we will assist you as much as possible.

Delayed Deliveries: While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to external factors. Your patience and understanding are appreciated.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the shipping fee and may be charged upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
